OnMind — Delete Your Account
OnMind lets you permanently delete your account at any time, directly from within the app. There is no need to contact us — the process is self-service and takes less than a minute.
How to delete your account
- Open the OnMind app on your device and sign in.
- Tap Settings in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap Delete account.
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap Delete to confirm.
- Your account will be deleted immediately.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your user profile and sign-in credentials (email address)
- Your content preferences (selected categories, per-day counts, and language settings)
- Your saved / bookmarked content
- Your daily content viewing history
What may be kept
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that is no longer linked to your account may be retained for product improvement purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Records required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained where required by applicable law, but are no longer associated with your personal identity.
Data retention before deletion
If you simply stop using the app without deleting your account, your data remains stored until you actively delete it as described above.
Need help?
If you're unable to access the app or the in-app deletion option isn't working, you can request deletion by emailing us. Include the subject line "Delete my OnMind account" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
